遠藤 定

幼少よりピアノ、ヴァイオリン、ヴィオラを学び、16歳でベースに転向。納浩一、藤原清登に師事。洗足学園音楽大学在学中からプロとして活動を開始する。

2015年には、日本最古のジャズ喫茶「ちぐさ」が主催するコンペティション「第2回ちぐさ賞」で、優勝およびベストパフォーマンス賞を受賞。ジャズ評論家・瀬川昌久氏から「自分の音を聞いてほしいという強い思いがジャズの表現力につながっている。ソリストとしてのスター性を感じる」と高く評価されている。

その後、中村誠一、関根敏行、山本剛、タモリ、朝丘雪路、鰐淵晴子、山寺宏一、西島数博、小松亮太、coba、斎藤ネコ、有村竜太朗、藤岡正明、小此木麻里ら、多くのアーティストと共演を重ねる。

これまでにオリジナルアルバム『It’s now or never』『Mercurius（メルクリウス）』『Beaucoup Joe（ボークー・ジョー）』をリリースし、全国各地でライブ活動を展開。東京都公認「ヘブンアーティスト」として、ベース1本によるソロパフォーマンスも行っている。

Joe Endo

​

Joe Endo studied piano, violin, and viola from a young age, switching to bass at age 16. He studied under Koichi Osamu and Kiyoto Fujiwara. He began his professional career while attending Senzoku Gakuen College of Music.

In 2015, he won the 2nd Chigusa Award, a competition sponsored by Chigusa, Japan's oldest jazz cafe.Jazz critic Masahisa Segawa has praised him, saying, "His strong desire for others to hear his sound is what gives him the expressive power of jazz. I can sense his star quality as a soloist."

Since then, he has performed with many artists, including Nakamura Seiichi, Sekine Toshiyuki, Yamamoto Tsuyoshi, Tamori, Asaoka Yukiji, Wanibuchi Haruko, Yamadera Koichi, Nishijima Kazuhiro, Komatsu Ryota, coba, Saito Neko, Arimura Ryutaro, Fujioka Masaaki, and Okonogi Mari.

He has released the original albums "It's now or never," "Mercurius," and "Beaucoup Joe," and has performed live all over the country. He is also an officially recognized "Heaven Artist" by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and has performed solo performances with just the bass.

远藤贞

远藤贞自幼学习钢琴、小提琴和中提琴，16岁转为低音提琴。他师从能奈浩一和藤原清人。在洗足学园音乐大学就读期间，他的职业生涯便开始了。

2015年，他赢得了第二届千草奖（由日本历史最悠久的爵士咖啡馆千草举办）的冠军和最佳表演奖。爵士乐评论家濑川昌久称赞他：“他渴望让别人听到他的声音，这与他爵士乐的表现力息息相关。作为一名独奏家，他拥有明星般的气质。”

此后，他与许多艺术家合作演出，包括中村精一、关根敏行、山本刚、田森、浅冈由纪二、鳄渊晴子、山寺浩一、西岛一宏、小松良太、coba、斋藤猫、有村龙太郎、藤冈正明和大野木里。

发行过原创专辑《It's now or never》、《Mercurius》、《Beaucoup Joe》等，并在全国各地进行过现场演出。他还是东京都政府认定的“Heaven Artist”，并曾进行过贝斯独奏表演。
